Your privacy.

Booking enquiries are saved in a private inbox for the DJ Knock team to review and respond. The on-screen confirmation acknowledges that your message was saved; it does not mean an email was sent. Email notifications may be connected later. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. We retain delivery status so failed notification attempts can be retried. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal details.

First-party visitor insights measure page visits, media interactions, broad device/browser type, referring website and campaign tags. On the Cloudflare-hosted site, approximate city/region/country and the network organization (which may be a mobile carrier, business or VPN) can be available. These are estimates, not your exact location or identity. Direct / unknown traffic can include bookmarks and links with no referrer.

The insights system does not store raw IP addresses, full browser identifiers, full referrer URLs or browsing history. A random session ID groups interactions during a visit. Raw insight events expire after 90 days. Temporary daily hashes of IP addresses limit spam and are retained for at most about 48 hours. They are not used to build visitor profiles.

Use “Visitor insights” in the footer to turn measurement off. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Your preference is saved on this device.

Optional Meta Pixel advertising measurement stays off unless you allow it. If enabled by the site owner and accepted by you, it sends page views, music/video interaction IDs and successful booking events to Meta. Meta receives browser requests and may use cookies and identifiers to measure advertising. We do not include booking names, email addresses, messages or private music URLs in Pixel event parameters. Change your choice using Advertising preferences in the footer; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep the Pixel off. Local previews never load it.

YouTube videos load on the home page and video sections. SoundCloud and Mixcloud players load when selected. These external services receive requests from your browser and apply their own privacy policies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Embedded media can set cookies or similar storage under those providers’ policies.

Use our contact form or official Instagram profile about access, correction or deletion of a booking enquiry. Local preview enquiries stay on this computer until the owner exports or removes them; the preview does not send email.

City suggestions use a local copy of GeoNames data, adapted under CC BY 4.0. Typed location searches stay in your browser. Approximate city and country from the connection can prioritize suggestions; precise device location is not requested. You can always enter a venue or city yourself.
